Hello! Is this thing on?

I've noticing a influx of new followers coming down my way, I felt compelled I should at least say something or post something for everyone, so here goes.

My name's Adjule! I used (and still use) to be called "solitonmedic" around these parts. I've only mostly ever post here just to voice out my grievances or other opinions I got surrounded NG and the like, spicy stuff I can't say within the community forums! Now that I'm building some sort of audience, I feel like I ought to leave a better legacy for everyone to jump on instead, lol.

But yeah, I hardly submit stuff to NG nowadays but I feel strangely invigorated to finally get serious on my personal projects or at least speak more on it. Most of the stuff I do have around are mostly privatized with my own inner friend circle, it's a habit I've been meaning to break.

Nevertheless, I hope I can promise to at least post stuff people might be interested in (when time allows for me). If by chance I don't you can always unfollow (I won't judge, maybe).

Excuse the rather informal way of discussing stuff, I ain't used to this

ALL ABOUT PROJECT:GB

Project:GB is my video game passion project that I've had around since 2014. It's something that I hold very dear to me as something me and my friends did together. It's a real clusterheck of many ideas, concepts and other nonsense that didn't really make sense until much, much later. It was also the reason why I decided to take up learning many tools of the trade so I can actually make this thing a real thing. Lots of folks came and left over the years until it was finally me by my lonesome. It was a depressing time... but also quite necessary? I came to realize that I shouldn't just take EVERY idea that's sent to me, they all still have to come out of MY hands too. So, let's discuss what it IS now!

As discussed before, it is a video game, hoping to build itself into some franchise on its own. It's a action-adventure game, character-centered story, with heaps of humor you come to expect from stuff like Deltarune (my current fixation atm) and the like. Throw in some themes like war, coming of age, the meaning of friendship, moral conflicts, and the works. It's something I want everyone of all ages to love, get some laughs in with, feel stuff from, and just love the story I'm trying to convey with it. There is a point to all the madness but to find out what that is, you'll have to trust me while I'm still cooking!

I do want to emphasize I do not see GB as a quick get rich scheme that will help me get set for life, that's opening myself for disaster. It's a very experimental project, with me trying all sort of new stuff. If this is something you're prepared to see, with all the messy development in-between, stick around! Maybe something like this would inspire you or something
